to rinse it, I recommend soaking it in ice cold water for a complete 5 minutes, then draining quite well in the fine mesh sieve..following time for my choice id do rather less chili to be able to flavor the crab a little bit far more ..cleaned up the shells and employed them for that bowels ..will be carrying out this recipe heaps now thanksJenny d
